Wallet Card at Hempstead Bank

 Just another old bank building. Hempstead Bank in Hempstead, NY was established in 1887. This building was erected in 1907. Hempstead Bank was acquired by Norstar Bank in 1983 and later became a Fleet Bank. This building has been empty for many years.

  2. I love the looks of these big old banks. I'm kind of surprised that this one hasn't been converted into apartments/condos, it certainly looks like it's got the space for someone to do so.
