Art on the back: 1959

1959 was another fun year for cartoons on the backs of Topps baseball cards.

Players with college experience were still enough of a novelty to warrant a cartoon. The cartoonist found a variety of different themes for college life.

Not all cartoons were positive.

Here's a couple of headscratchers, I can't figure out what either cartoon has to do with the caption.
