1981 Topps Dan Graham

The front: It sure is unusual to see a player with a backwards cap on a card, even in the post-Griffey era. Graham is a catcher so presumably he was about to put on his mask, or just took it off.

The back: This is one of the least exciting highlights you’ll see. Graham’s fourth-inning double gave the Orioles a 3-1 lead; they held off a late Blue Jays rally to win the game 6-4.
The player: Graham became a fan favorite in Baltimore in 1980 when he hit .278 with 15 HR in 86 games as a platoon catcher. Unfortunately his production plummeted dramatically in 1981 (.176 with 2 HR in 55 games) and he never played in the majors again.

The man: Graham appears to have kept a low profile during and after his baseball career. Anyone know what he is up to now?

My collection: I have seven of his cards, from 1980 to 1982. I would be interested in trading for 1982 TCMA Rochester Red Wings #10.
