How many cards have a child on the field in the background? I imagine this must be one of the oldest such examples. One of the Padres talking to the little leaguer is #4, hitting coach Bob Skinner.

ReplyDeleteNot really related, but every time Tom Phoebus is mentioned, I think back to finding like 20 copies of his 1971 card in a dime box at one of my first shows attended after I had returned to card collecting.
