Kevin Kouzmanoff on baseball cards

Third baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff played seven seasons in the major leagues, mostly for the Padres and A's. His best season was 2008, when he hit .260 with 23 HR and 84 RBI for San Diego. Overall, in 685 games he hit .257 with 87 HR and 371 RBI. Now a hitting coach in the A's organization, he kindly replied to my questions about baseball cards.

"I sometimes wanna know who the bonehead is who chooses the picture to be on the baseball card."

Thanks!

  1. Nice action shot. If I were to guess, I bet I have that card sitting in one of my A's boxes somewhere... but off the top of my head... I don't think I've ever seen that card before.
