Darian Sandford on baseball cards

Outfielder Darian Sandford played in the Royals organization in 2010 and 2011, hitting .260 and stealing 57 bases in 84 games. In 2012, he played for two Frontier League teams, hitting .250 and stealing 71 bases in 94 games.

"When I first found out I had a Topps rookie card I was playing in rookie ball and a fan asked me after the game if I could sign something. Then he opened a big book of cards and I was like "I have a Topps rookie card!" It was awesome. I don't really collect cards but I am a fan of baseball cards."

Thanks!
