The front: Looks like Memorial Stadium in Baltimore.
The back: According to this 1979 New York Times profile,
Allenson was a pitcher-shortstop until college.
The player: Allenson spent six seasons as a backup catcher
for the Red Sox, as well as one short stint in Toronto. (The Times article
actually gives a really interesting look into the life of a rookie trying to
make the team in such a thankless role.) In 416 major league games he hit .221
with 19 HR and 131 RBI.
The man: Allenson was a minor league coach for many years
but appears to have retired after being let go by the Blue Jays organization
after the 2017 season.
My collection: I have 13 of his cards, from 1980 to 1985. I
would be interested in trading for 1988 ProCards #2064.
