1993 Studio Jeff Bagwell

Hobby is golf: Bagwell is a member of Houston’s Lochinvar Golf Club.
 
Favorite player as a kid was Carl Yastrzemski: Bagwell grew up a Red Sox fan in Connecticut.
 
Might have been a businessman if he hadn’t been an athlete: He does not appear to have gone into business after his baseball career.
 
Pet peeve is Casey Candaele: In 1991 Candaele impersonated Bagwell in a postgame interview, talking about how great he was, until the real Bagwell stepped in.
 
Where he is now: Special Assistant to the GM of the Astros.

    I was always curious about the Casey Candaele thing. Thanks for clearing that up. Still hilarious that Bagwell said it on the card.
