TJ Staton's favorite card

TJ Staton played eight seasons in the Pirates and Expos organizations. His best season was 1996, when he hit .308 with 15 HR and 57 RBI for the Carolina Mudcats. Now the President & CEO of Staton Sports in Lorain, OH, he kindly answered my questions about baseball cards.

"My favorite card is my 97 Flair card. I have cards from the 70's and 80's."

    Can't blame him for loving a Wave of the Future card!

    Also, Lorain, OH is so close to my undergrad school. Maybe I'll stop by Slaton Sports next time I visit the old alma mater haha.
