The game is June 29, 2008. The score was tied 1-1 in the top of the ninth, as you can see in the picture, and there were two outs in the inning with Scott in the on deck circle. Scott did not get to bat that inning as Kevin Millar flew out. Scott did lead off the tenth and grounded out to second. Washington ended up winning in the bottom of the twelfth on a home run by Ron Belliard.
