Here's another great alphanumeric phone exchange that has withstood the test of time. This sign for J.R. Moyer Sons features the phone number Cloverdale 8-9600, which would have been replaced by a seven-digit number 50 years ago. This sign can be found on a fence on W. 12th Street.
