Another new card to my collection from the 1992 Classic Best set. Not to be confused with the former Tiger pitcher of the same name I recently profiled.
Playing career: Matt Anderson pitched in the Orioles organization from 1989 to 1994. In 115 games over six years he never progressed above A ball, due to both injuries and ineffectiveness. You can read a fuller account of his playing career at The Greatest 21 Days.
My memories: Never heard of him until I got his card.
