Outfielder Tye Waller played in the major leagues for the Cardinals in 1980, the Cubs in 1981 and 1982, and the Astros in 1987. In 63 games he hit .236 with 3 HR and 14 RBI. He then was a coach and front office executives for the Padres from 1988 to 2005, and then a coach for the A's from 2006 to 2015.
Debbi Fields opened the first Mrs. Fields cookie store in California in 1977. There are now 400 Mrs. Fields stores in 400 countries around the world.

I remember early 90s Padres pre-game shows on Sunday afternoon would have a "Ty's Tips" segment with him giving baseball advice to the younger viewers. I loved it! At least I *think* that was Ty Waller.. can't seem to find anything online to confirm my memories.
