Playing career: Brian Asselstine was a part-time outfielder
for the Braves from 1976 to 1981, hitting .254 with 12 HR and 68 RBI in 284
games.
Where he is now: Most recently owner of Brian AsselstineContracting in Santa Ynez, CA.
My memories: Before my time. For some reason, until
recently, I thought his name was Asseltine, not Asselstine.

Brian Ass, between Brian Assa, a 16-year-old from Plainview, Long Island killed
while speeding at 1:50 in the morning, and Brian Asselin, a jazz musician and
songwriter. There do not appear to be any other prominent Brian Asselstines.
