Brosius is now pretty well known, so the mistake is obvious, but at the time they were both pretty much unknown Oakland infield prospects with B names and similar uniform numbers (45 for Brosius, 46 for Bordick per Baseball Almanac).

Mike Bordick error card
Here is a 1992 O-Pee-Chee Premier Mike Bordick card. Any A's or Yankees fan should spot the error immediately.
