1981 Topps Stan Papi

First off, RIP Johnny Paredes. Paredes, a former infielder for the Expos and Tigers, replied to my baseball card questions in 2011. Sounds like he was a generous guy.

The front: Nice photo of Papi, with some Tiger Stadium scoreboard and fans in the background. Looks like they were playing the White Sox that day.

The back: Papi was a double shy of the cycle as the Tigers knocked off the Angels, 12-1.
The player: Like Paredes, Papi was an infielder for the Expos and Tigers. He also played for the Cardinals and Red Sox. 1981 was his last season. In 225 games he hit .218 with 7 HR and 51 RBI.

The man: Papi seems to have kept a low profile since his playing career. Anyone know what he is up to today?

My collection: I have seven of his cards, from 1979 to 1982. I would be interested in trading for 1979 O-Pee-Chee #344.
