Garth Iorg on baseball cards

Infielder Garth Iorg played nine seasons for the Toronto Blue Jays. The brother of major leaguer Dale Iorg, and father of three pro baseball players, he payed in 931 games, hitting .258 with 20 HR and 238 RBI. He has had a long coaching career since his playing days. He kindly answered my questions about baseball cards.

"I really don’t have any stories related to baseball cards, I do know that Topps started making better cards after competition from other card companies. There are a few cards of me I think are horrible, hastily made. I like a couple of them, my favorite is of me turning and going after a pop up. I do not collect cards, but I have them of my sons and my brother."
