Couple from eBay

A couple of random things won from eBay recently . . .

This lot of ten 1952 Bowmans. They have some kind of tape or coating on them - they look better in person then they do in the picture, which came out a little blurry. There's a couple of Hall of Famers, Minnie Minoso and Richie Ashburn, and a guy more famous (and usually more expensive) than them - Joe Garagiola. The condition kept them down to a $1 a piece which I like. The more Bowmans from '53 and earlier that I get, the more I love them. '54 and '55 are good too, but not quite the same. 

This is one page from the normally two-page 1969 Topps stamp album, Pirates version. Under $3 shipped, which was worth it for the Clemente stamp.

Here's the other side. I'd say that's enough of the Matty Alou to add that to my "have list" too.
