Wallet Card at a modern privilege sign

I have documented on this blog several privilege signs - remnants of the 1950s-1970s when every convenience store and luncheonette had signage paid for by a major soda company (usually Coke or Pepsi but occasionally others) in exchange for having their logo prominent on the sign. These are almost unheard of today which makes it feel like a throwback when I come across one. It's very unusual to see a new one but I found one here at this convenience store on Lexington Avenue and 39th Street. From photographs I could find online this sign was not up in the 1980s, but was up by 2007.
