The card, in brief: We get a nice clear view of the Shea Stadium parking lot behind left field, in the days before the bleachers were built there.
Playing career, in brief: Rich Folkers pitched parts of seven seasons for the Mets, Cardinals, Padres and Brewers. In 195 games, mostly in relief, he went 19-23 with seven saves and a 4.11 ERA.
Post-playing career, in brief: After his playing career he was a college and minor league pitching coach. He is now retired.
My collection: I have seven of his cards, from 1973 to 1977. I would be interested in trading for 1971 Topps #648.
