Power up!

There sure have been some weird baseball card sets in the last few years. One of the weirdest is this monstrosity called Upper Deck Power Up, from 2004.

I guess they were inspired by the bobblehead doll craze? I wonder if this set was the inspiration for the "little bit of luck" guy from the lotto commercial.
