Skipping “front” and “back” for this card and just focusing
on the players.
Rusty Kuntz
The player: Kuntz was a backup outfielder for the White Sox,
Twins and Royals from 1979 to 1985. In 277 games he hit .236 with 5 HR and 38
RBI. He drove in the game-winning RBI of the clinching game5 of the 1984 World
Series with a fifth-inning sacrifice fly.
The man: Kuntz has had a long career in coaching. After the
2017 season, he moved from the Royals’ first-base coaching job to a special
assistant role due to problems with his vision.
My collection: I have nine of his cards, from 1981 to 1985.
I would be interested in trading for 1984 Fleer Update #66.

baseball from 1979 to 1986. He reached the major leagues with the White Sox in
1980, the Giants in 1984 and the Indians in 1986, hitting .203 with 2 HR and 18

and is now an independent corporate tax advisor in Denver.

Leo Sutherland

Sox in 1980 and 1981. In 45 games he hit .248 with 0 HR, 5 RBI and 6 SB.

Anyone know where he is now?
