The front: Looks like he is at Shea Stadium.
The back: Game-winning RBI was an official MLB statistic
from 1981 to 1989.
The player: Keith Moreland was a backup catcher for the
Phillies in 1980 and 1981. Traded to the Cubs after the 1981 season, he was
moved to the outfield and blossomed into a power threat, hitting 100 home runs
in six seasons in Chicago. His best season was 1985, when he hit .307 with 14
HR and 106 RBI. He ended his career with stints in San Diego, Detroit and
Baltimore.
The man: Moreland, a three-time All-American at the
University of Texas, is now a college baseball analyst for ESPN.
My collection: I have 48 of his cards, from 1981 to 1990. I
would be interested in trading for 1983 Fleer Star Stickers #125.
