Picked up a big box of cards, probably close to 2,000, for $25. Lots of cards with creases and wrinkles, occasionally some rips or writing, but overall the cards were in decent, though definitely not mint shape. Still, for barely over a penny a card, it seemed like a pretty good deal.
Needless to say lots of dupes so if you have needs from 1974-1976 let me know. The box was probably 45% 1974, 45% 1975 and 10% 1976. As you will see from below there are a few stars that are up for trade.
The one annoying thing in an otherwise great purchase was the timing. Pretty much every card I had just gotten from Turrdog was in there (probably have at least one full set of 1974 Topps Traded in there). Also these two cards which I had recently gotten from Johnny's trading spot. Oh well, pretty good trade bait if someone needs them.
Happy to get these cardboard classics for a penny a card. Already had the Gamble so it is up for trade.
