Vintage backgrounds: Spring Training

There is one spring training site (I think it is spring training) that I am seeing on several cards. It is noticeable because of the bright red railings around the seats. Based on the uniforms I am guessing that it is the Giants' spring training facility in Phoenix (can't find the name), but of course I could certainly be wrong.
