Blog Bataround: Six Degrees of Bacon: Ruben Sierra

When the Yankees finally made the playoffs for the first time in the ten years I was following baseball, my favorite player was Ruben Sierra. He was just so exciting to watch every time he came to the plate. It's forgotten now but he really gave a lift to the team when he came on in mid-season.

Sierra returned to the Yankees from 2003-2005 where he played alongside the Captain, Derek Jeter.

Jeter appeared in the movie The Other Guys which starred Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

The Rock was in the Get Smart movie with David Koechner.

Koechner was in the Kevin Bacon film My One and Only.
