Time for the third and final of the common Spokane Indians mall baseball card sets. The 1989 set was produced by Sport Pro, not ProCards. Sport Pro produced several other minor league team sets that year. It looks like the photographer in 1989 was less careful about making sure the store name was pictured somewhere in the photo.
Catcher Rod Billingsley played in the Padres organization in 1989 and 1990. In 57 games he hit .209 with 2 HR and 24 RBI. He is now Head of US Federal Government Sales at Tintri, a leading producer of VM-aware software. A fuller account of his career can be found at The Greatest 21 Days.
I have no idea where this photo was taken. With the heavily marked calendar and the filing cabinet on the desk, I would not be surprised if this was someone's office rather than a store.
