1989 Tidewater Tides (ProCards)

Last of the ProCards set - New York Mets AAA team from Tidewater.

 I think of Bill Scherrer as the guy with the big curly afro in a Tigers uniform in his 1987 Topps card. Weird to see him with close-cropped hair and a Mets uniform.

 Rick Lundblade was the baserunner in the famous "potato caper". He is now a lawyer with the web domain oregontruckaccidentattorney.net.

 A few of the cards were taken at night, apart from the others. I have one of these for trade - I wonder if Night Owl's night card binder goes up to 1,973? (The ProCards sets number well into the thousands.)
